New Lynx tail pitch slider now really bad tail vibes

Ok im sure its been discussed before but I cant find a solution anywhere.

While changing the C gear that had rounded out I managed to damage the pin on the stock pitch slider. I thought it was a flimsy part so I decided to get the lynx upgrade part. It installed sweet and easy but now I get really really bad tail vibrations. Ive never had any before so its been a real shock to me as it looks so bad that it might damage the heli! Its starts about 30% and carries on until lift off but even in the air especially with right alieron it shakes badly.

Any help much appreciate else I will have to try to go back to the stock part and see if it goes away!

Im thinking the extra weight has thrown the resonnance off somehow!

Well found out that the brand new out of the packet HH C gear was warped! Replaced but still have vibes, but not as bad! Im concerned now that trying to push through the vibes to take off as HH has adviced might have damaged something else!

Have you had the tail blades off?

Could try swapping them round if you have.

If still there,place small square of sellotape on one,if worse still try it on the other blade.

If it gets better,put a larger bit on till its gone.

TBH,the slop in a stock pitch slider can mask the vibe a fair bit.

Thanks for the advice tried all that to no avail! But all is fixed now YES!!!!!!!!!!!

Problem 1: The brand new faulty C gear - replaced with another new one that wasnt warped
problem 2: Forgot to put rubber O-ring on the pitch slider pin
Problem3: The tail blades and lost zero pitch at mid stick! That was the one that got me back to zero vibes...
