Hey buddy.

Whats the gear mesh like? If it's tight this can cause a problems I think.
Also have you removed the motor to see if there is any movement in the shaft to indicate a bearing has broken down?
Is the tail drive shaft still in place? I think the front tail drive gear can also induce vibes if it's mesh is too tight.

Ive completely removed the tail assy also lowered the main gear, cant feel bearing movement only slight lift, hard to tell when you spin by hand has there is motor resistance.
May have to gamble another motor, was hoping someone could help by checking there's before paying out 28 quid

Update" having stripped heli completely down chasing vibes i couldn't be sure if it was coming from the motor as it had resistance when you spin by hand but when you power it you could feel strong vibes & when you screw back on the frame it felt even worse, anyhow before paying out 28 quid thought id lube bearings but made little difference so sod it & put it aside then decided to order new motor & some tail parts but when i got delivery realized i hadn't order the motor, anyway got the heli out to have another look & went to spin the motor & hay what.! the motor is spinning freely the oil must of worked its way into the bearings.
Assemble all the frame then spooled it up & hay what"no vibes, so competed the heli build & test flown outside today & 100 times better even from when i first got it.
Only thing ive got now you see can just see a bit of vibes on the tail which i will work on sorting tomorrow.
What a pain in the rear' this heli has been over last couple weeks.

great find ! i have heard of others getting good results by tipping the heli upside down over night, with just a drop of oil on the bush/bearing near the pinion gear, spin the blades a few times, then leave to stand, a while later, spin the blades again, and leave again
