Looking good! My Mrs is buying me one of these for my birthday in December ( I want it now!) Just looking at lipos etc. On past recommendations I will get the pack of grommets and see how that goes. What lipos did you go for? I was looking at Turnigy Nano-tech 450s.

Using the nano 300's,think they are 21g and i still find it's slightly nose heavy.I am putting it as far back as poss with the wire folded back under the velcro strap which has made it nice in piro moves.will try a small bit of weight on the tail on the next flying day.

That's surprising as most folks are using the bigger packs from what I can gather. I guess that keeps it light and agile from seeing your videos.

Piro's with gens 450 were hideous...waaay to heavy....yes,it stops nicer with less bogging which make wall stops etc much nicer

It certainly looks nice on the videos. What sort of flight times are you getting with those?

Na, very nice flying, you can only put so much into them before something gives with mine the tail is a bit side wavy & at times catches me out & also keeps stripping the main tail drive gear so moded to metal so just got to try her but im sure its got to be better

3 minutes safely Dan,can charge 6 packs in half hour at 2c so flight times dont bother me.

Not even damaged a tail gear yet either.The small metal gear could be a better fit on the TT,lots of slop.

upgrade the motor and u can put the larger 450mAh packs further up sorting out the CoG
