130 tail vibrations

Have you checked for obvious faults such as a cracked boom or cracked main shaft? They are sometimes hard to see, but no bling upgrades would cure a major faulty or damaged part.

Bad vibrations are almost certainly a sign of an imbalance somewhere. If it's really bad, I would try to isolate via ruling things out. Remove the tail blades - is it still there. Remove tail assembly (keeping C gear) - is it still there? Tail fin? - finally, remove tail boom and B gear? If you get to all that, and vibrations are still prevalent, main shaft or something in the main body?
