Do the normal checks then go and enjoy,dont worry too much about the slop in the tail and all the other stuff you read, you might have to take the gain down on the tail if it wags but thats about it.

Setting the gear mesh up correct is a good idea.

Some ok out of box. Some eat the gears in as little as 4 flights (£10 to replace).

Look out for bags of fun. If you can't find any then put heli down, spool up, fly. Hey-presto, bags of fun appear

if your tail blows out, just slide the servo a few mm towards the rear

if the head bit wobbles put o rings behind the balls on swash and head, maybe drop the gain a bit.

if the tail bit wobbles put o rings on rear ball links and maybe drop the gain a bit, if its real bad, use a small bit of tape on one tail blade if its worse put it on the other

mine is better for using "servisol super 10" on the servos, keeps em well lubed


if you are really fussy then check out one of my other posts with a whole host of things to check, plus bearings etc, true, you dont have to do it to have fun with this little beauty, but mine flies like silk, and has no wear with 40+ flights
