  • New Beam E4 owner - big thanks to Laurence Gough!

Just flown my E4 for the first time today, now I am not good, gentle hovvering and some circuits is about my limit unfortunately, but what a heli. I have had align 450s, blade 400s and this is a different league! Hopefully this will bring my flying on, just need some flying buddies in st Ives, cambs!

Big thanks to Laurence gough who set this up for me and has been absolutely top with advice etc, I think it really made a difference it being set up properly, rather than me guessing. Again massive thanks to Laurence and I can only hope to have a fraction of his skills after many many many many hours of practice.

Just wanted to post about a great heli and how chuffed I am at the minute.

Anyone in st Ives, cambs, reply to this, or pm me and we can hook up?

    Cheers.

Yup, I live in St Ives matey! Where do you fly?

I'm mostly down St Ives Rugby Club... no kids and usually the (big) field to myself!

Not got a flying heli at the moment as funnily enough I sold my 500 to Scoobystig (Steve), but I'm in the process of putting a 450Pro together, so it would be good to compare the two 450's. I can however bring a flying wing until the Pro's done.... great fun.

Never seen a Beam, but I hear they are fantastic. Glad you're enjoying it.

Edit. Just noticed that was your Beam Steve. Small world!!
