    Hi

My Beam E4 has developed a rattle.
    Nothing seams to be loose.
I thought it was the flybar bearings, bit loose, changed - not it.

I'm wondering whether it could be the belt but it sounds very metalicy.

    Any idears

Hi, take the main and tail blades of and gentle spool up on the work bench pinch with you fingers around differant parts of the heli ie the tail, the front bearing blocks, you should be able to locate the rattle, could be a split one way bearing sleave (had that before making a rattle, mine had a hair line crack that you could only just make out)

    Good Luck!

Hi i had a rattle just before the shaft in the motor sheared of just above the lower bearing.
Caused by worn bearing in motor, now lubricate motor with hyperdermic syringe.
      Cheers Del
