New Beam E5 (E4 V2?)

Just noticed this on another forum, not looked over on Rob's site yet to see if there is any news or not...

New features I thought of note are the inboard tail servo mounting, not sure about the washer for the main gear or the frame strengthening, though I suppose it will be more robust to my size 10 foot when I kick it across the square again! LOL

Also there is a FBL swash driver (on the same link) should you be into that kind of thing...

No mention about putting some decent bearings in the thing either!!!!

Whats the matter with the bearings?, most heli's need new bearings in a crash, Beam isnt any different on that score. I never had the bearings wear out from flying it.

It's ok Jason, Dave likes to spend £30 on 4 bearings, so in his book, all other bearings are crap I had no bearing gripes on my old one, thats for sure..

Wooo I'll let you have that, bearings in crashes are put under a lot of stress, but even before that when I rebuilt it from new( Some numpty had built it up before I had it) they had soo much lateral play no wonder they failed. never changed a bearing in the mighty Blade lol
