I killed my Beam on sunday :(

So went out sunday morning,hovered a battery out
The weather was great stuck another battery took her back up did a couple of piros, I thought this is going great So i thought right ill try my first circuit all the way around me.
Got halfway through the down wind leg and thought blimey this baby shift anyway went for the turn turned her in nice at which point
Disaster the sun popped out and i flew straight across it bugger complety lost it in the sun so did what all good pilots do hit hold and hoped for the best
So off home i went sniffling all the way straight on to rob at evorc(top top man) even splashed out on some spangly radix for the beast
Finished the rebuild tonight and put 5 packs through her in the garden now theradix are a real nice blade and the beam some seems quiter and more stable to me cant wait for the weekend
While the beam was on the bench i thought ide give her a respray which isnt perfect but i think it looks quite good for my first attempt
I will try to attach a picture if i can work it out

done that with my rexy 500, a right from bout 60ft up!! lol!!! all fun tho!!!! love the respray, am considering a beam, whats it like?

Hey Jim,
Glad you got the BEAM back together again.
The radix blades are a big improvement over the standard blades IMO.
Its never a good idea to fly the heli behind you. Always try to keep it in front of you.
If you ever visit other clubs they will have a flight line and you will be expected to keep the heli in front of it.
Also get a good pair of wrap-around sunglasses.

Yes i know the flight line rules from my plane days but somethings just happen I also have a great pair of wrap aruond shades iuse for clay pigeon shooting but they were no use to me sat at home in my cartridge bag lol

Probably not the best qualified to answer what the beam is like only been flying 2 months but i can tell you the engineering is absolute tops it seems very accurate to me and lastly the aftersales you recieve from rob at evo rc is this best you will encounter
