Anyone successfully install the mini G and JR3500G on their Beam? Please share your settings...
Just finished my build and I'm working on gyro and tail rotor setup. On first hover the heli favored yaw left. I trimmed rudder and figured I'd adjust tail rotor pitch to steady the hover out. Sure enough I neglected to set the tail blades at 8 to 10 deg at the Neutral position as the Mini g manual had recommended. I moved the servo installation a sligh
When I got to the Mini G setup menu, I noticed I couldn't get Neutral to show on Gview. Also, I couldn't select the different options under each function. I tried factory reset and still got same behaviour. Took me at least an hour to figure out the Mini G does not like trim or subtrim at setup. Everything went back to normal after I zeroed out trims....save yourself time and don't rely on radio trim during setup with the Mini G!!
