I bought mine from reviews here and jiberjabas build thread ( So its his fault im skint now )

I hate cheap crap so am always willing to fork out more for quality gear. The Beam is just so well engineered. Im still a noob-ish so mine is set up for gentle not mental

Oh, and the back up is second to none

heres an old-ish pic but I say why not :-)

I have a Mini Titan plastic version which I got as a kit from a mate after I did some work for him and I wouldn't accept payment. I am a complete beginner and so will use the MT as the learning machine, but just as soon as I can I will get a Beam E4, probably best once I get the hang of things..
      The reasons.
      1. The build quality is reported everywhere as excellent
      2. Availability of spares - I will break bits
      3. Finless videos on another forum
      4. All reviews have been favourable
      5. Recommendations from other guys on this forum
      6. I can grow into it

Hope this helps answer your initial question

          Great!
Enjoy the build. It will be like night and day compared to your other heli.

Second post, still loving the beam getting there slowly.Crashed a few times but so easy to repair. Backup is so good from rob would reccomend as a first proper heli. Been looking for a bigger nitro one but i think i will wait a bit longer see if the beam nitro comes along.

well rob came down my way tonight to see me fly mine indoors. I had a great first flight, lots of low fast 3d then rob turned up, had a second flight and decked it about 3 minutes in spent the next 45 mins re-building it (to be fair all i did was blades, main, tail and feathering shafts and main gear - its a seriously tough bird), quick test hover which was fine, then had to pack up as the night was over

i am totally loving this heli so far though, total confidence inspiring and a very strong bird thats for sure. Anybody thinking about one, dont think, get one!
