Up early to fly the Beam...

As today is already planned with other commitments and no time to visit the DMHC field....I got up early this morning and took the Beam to my local field.

Just great, no one else but me, the Beam and six packs.....with breaks I've just got back and what a fantastic start to the day....no wind and quite mild...

I only hovered, lazy eights and piros, but who cares it was brilliant....now to concentrate on family matters....

I'm sure if anyone else is flying today your going to have a ball......enjoy!

These Beams are good ships. I manage to buy the one I repaired today. Yeepee!!!!! Crashed it this afternoon though Booooooooo!!!!! Hopefully will be flying again tomorrow though. Horraaaaay!!!

Well there must have been something in the air today cos after work on my way home I stopped at my local spot and for just the fourth time took my blade out and successfully ran 3 batteries through her. 2 of the other times I crashed it on the first battery. Nothing fancy, a lot of moving about tail on and a little bit of forward flight side on. Just trying to build up my confidence a bit hopefully will get some circuits in tomorrow and nose on ff.

Had the first proper fly of my lads beam today, of course i had to do a quick set-up flight, flys really accuratly and very pleased with it, you can feel the wieght a bit so might have to turn it up a bit when i next have a go but a very nice helicopter

Got my stuff on charge for morrow .. Been way too busy with work and stuff just lately .. Cant wait to get out and spank the Knight .. Need to get some more stick time in as it seems to be once a month at the minute lmao .. mind you I still get some stick time in at the indoor just setting people's hel's up hehe .....bought a nice big gammon joint and wifes told me if i aint home for dinner I not having any .. She wont tell me what time dinner is tho lmao ....
