O’boy I think am over my head Building the beam and coming together well but at the electric and servo stage. I’ve not got a clue where dose this and that mount and what did that connect to and where dose this wire go and what did the radio manual say well F*** that I was going to pay some one to set it up and I now think it would be best if some one finished it of for me. Can you suggest any one (dosh is getting tight) I my area to finish this beam for me J

if you are happy to post it to me ill happily set it up for you and return it plenty on here will vouch for me, i wont do a runner with it i wont charge anything for doing it, but make sure its packaged well

We've all been there, just dont give in mate. I know there are quite a few Beam pilots on the forum who have a wealth of knowledge on build etc and I'm sure will share the same sentiment.

Ask your self a question...if I dont know how to build it now what happens when I crash it?

Build it from scratch even if someone helps you along the way it's a huge learning curve.......but never give in......we are all trying to gain experience and all need help at somepoint...........

James have you looked at the video of the setup/build on heli freaks, you will have to register to view, but well worth a look!.

Links on Jason thread at the top of the beam section..

Do you have msn, skype and a web cam?

Might be able to sort some help that way as well..

Kinda of agree that the more you setup now the more you will learn about the model.. thats the same with any model.

Will be well worth finding someone that can at least check before you fly it though.

I have to travel to Leicester soon, could sort a visit out, if you can't find any help!## sure there plenty of 450 guys up your way that could help though.

James, what receiver are you planning on using? Which bits are causing the headache?

If you break it down in to a few stages, it will become easier

Get ya servos in, connect them up to the receiver and power them up. Centre your servo arms and then pop back and I am sure we can help you through the rest

Defo register on helifreak and take a look at Bob's videos, there are two about CCPM setup (CCPM1 & CCPM2) which will also help understanding the final setup.
