Rx Battery Switch

Hey,

Seem's we've lost the 700e subforum so i thought i'd post here as you nitro guy's will have the same thing.

Was wondering if anyone has tried these Rx switches:

Heavy Duty RC Switch Receiver Battery On Off with Futaba Lead Connectors

Sounds nice having a charge port on there aswell, i'm so sick of removing/replacing the canopy & clips after every flight to disconnect the battery.

If anyone had fitted one of these, where have you mounted the switch? is there an existing nice fitting hole in the frame for it anywhere?

cheap switches = costly repairs

Be a better investment buying some magnetic clips for the canopy. Never trusted switches on heli's.

Switch is a bad idea, Invest in the magnetic canopy mounts and then it's ridiculously easy to get the canopy on and off!

Rx Battery Switch

+1 on magnetic mounts. Only place I have a switch on any if my electric helis is the scorpion backup guard they're fitted with.
