  • Trex 700n DFC and Futaba BLS451 servos. Want fit!!!

Guys am I missing something here?

I am trying to fit my BLS451 cyclic servos ( cos I have some spare ) on my 700n dfc, but they seem to be too deep ( or the frames too narrow !)
I fitted one, but the other one on the other side want go right in as it hits the servo on the other side!

So it seems the BLS451'a are too deep for the frames? I am very surprised about that!
Anyone else had that problem? Seems like 1.5mm spacers on each side, between the servo and the frame, will allow both to be fitted leaving about 1mm gap.

    Help please guys!

This is not an uncommon problem and is not specific to Align 700s and its ok to space them out with aluminium or carbon using carbon is better they are not seen so easily and detract from the machines appearance
