Align starter cutting out

My align starter keeps cutting out, when I press the button it will spin sometimes 5 seconds sometimes 30 seconds a friend has said it sounds like the pcb, before I buy a new one just wondered if anyone has had this and if changing the pcb worked?

its an overload/cutout to stop you burning it out!

It happens under no load, so just by pushing the button not trying to start the Heli and it is every time

I have tried searching google and I can't find anyone else with this problem, just wondering if I need a new starter or if I can repair it

Have you tried a diff lipo ?

Have you checked the battery connection/ wires to make sure there is a good connection/ no break in the wires ?

I have tried a diff lipo and had the same thing

It could be a broken wire, but as I have changed the lipo its not the battery wire and I think the male deans is mounted to the board, so it could be a wire inside but it seams like its just cutting out
