Trex 600n, looks a bit dodgy.

Hi all i was looking on ebay for a trex 600 and came across a nice one, but it sounds a bit suspect due to the guy saying he thinks it has carbon blades and a couple of other things sound strange like he's flown it about 15 times, but wont be demonstrating it.....but he is sure he can WORK OUT how to spin up the blades.

I could be wrong and if so then ifs a good buy. what do you gus think?

I just had a quick look and as the guy wants cash on collection I don't see any problem. If you don't like it walk away. Only petrol money lost. Take someone with you who can give the model the once over for you if you are not sure. Ask as many questions as you like. If the guy seems a bit vague then either he has no clue or you need to be suspicious and be prepared to just walk away.

I bought this a year ago after I had practiced with a small indoor helicopter. The people I bought it from set it up for me and calmed down the pitch, throttle curve etc etc. Still the first time I started it up I nearly ran away! Unbelievable machine! I have hovered it probably 15 times and I just do not have the balls to move on! so its sat for the last few months. When I get more time and the children have moved out I may try helicopters again but you need to be pretty dedicated to feel comfortable with this one.

It comes with a two Thunder power extreme 3850 mah batteries 21 Volt a very complicated Chamaleon 6-330d charger and with an awesome Royal Evo 9 controller (has no charger, I remove the battery to charge)
It has a JR G6000T Tail lock gyro and some training balls. I found the balls made it harder to fly, With slight negative pitch if it looks like its going to tip applying that would soon suck safely it to the ground!

Its never crashed, landed hard or hit anything, a few times I thought it was going to take my head off, I did once have to run away from it but I managed to regain control and land it. I wont be demonstrating it! but I am sure I can work out how to spin up the blades if you really want to see it.

The cowling which I never used has a slight crack where its been squashed in storage. It looks like the blades are carbon.

It could be dodgy but you just need to arrange to go and see it. If you can't make that arrangement then just walk away from the deal.

It doesn't look like it has the original Align main blades but some Thunder tiger ones.
Why would that be if it hasn't been crashed?

Thats great, i was only putting it on here and pointing it out in case one was stolen and this was it, ok i may have posted it in the Nitro section, but this guy thinks it has carbon blades on.....and this is the comments i get, i wont bother anymore.
