I've only used fixed end points in the past as I've used Hobbywing ESC's which don't have the best governors. I've been quite impressed with the CC software. Plenty of vids showing how to set it up, and you can set up more than one head speed if needed. I have a normal setting which is about 1900, then 2250 in idle up 1. I was going to set another, but it flies so well, that I've never bothered to change it. Have you got the link cable?
    Cheers,
    Simon

I've tried it in governor mode, and whilst it was nice the tail blowout issue was a problem for me. My flying had become a lot harder but my collective management didn't so I moved to fixed end points. Much much better. Tail holds superb. I also tried 105 tail blades which also do the trick. I've decided to keep them on as I'm using a very low HS (comparatively) as I'm using it to get through my A test and without them the tail won't hold well due to the gearing.

It's also the reason I haven't fitted my DFC head yet, as I'm concerned about a possible blade strike. Once Align release a better gear ratio solution or my collective management gets better, I'll be sticking to fixed end points and the 105s

I've read the DFC and 105 tails are not a good mix. A mate at the field flies his with standard tail blades and fixed end points. I will ask him what his settings are as he pushes the tail hard and I've never heard him complain about the tail not holding.

It's probably due to a gain issue that mine sometimes didn't hold to be honest. I just stuck the 105s on it and forgot about it lol. Fixed end points, DFC head and standard tail should be fine
