I'd ask the model shop where you got it to replace all the servos in the 600L for new ones with batch numbers. It's no skin off their nose, they'll just get Robbe / 360 RC or whatever they're called now to exchange them.

Like I said, Raj did this for me when I bought my 700L. When I spoke to him on the phone, he said he'd only ever had to replace servos from 2x 600L kits where customers had servos fail on the bench, but nothing else since the servos came on the market.
Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.

I have just checked my 700L Dom Top purchased last September from Fastlads, the servos have no number on them, is this an actual noted recall type defect?

They have been OK but are under a year old, I am not too worried as is but if its official I will enquire about returning them all.

Last September was months before any reported defects. If you've been running them since then, they're almost certainly 100% fine.

There's no way to tell which un-numbered servos are affected, other than a very short life span. First failures were reported around December 2014, and sporadically since on servos that aren't marked

There is no official recall on the servos. The only way would be for Align to recall the whole lot, and that's expensive. It's much cheaper to swap out failed servos.

Ok ta,these ones are working fine so if the pattern suggests early failure its probably safe to assume they are going to be as reliable now as anything else in general.

I've just got my new replacement tail servo back from Fastlads. The first replacement they sent out did'nt have a serial number on it so I sent it straight back so after 2/3 weeks I now have one with a number on it. They would'nt replace the cyclis servos as they said there was not a know fault on them. They insisted that there was not a doggy batch of servos ever produced, I have also spoken to Keith at Align 360 who also said the same. Fastlads did say that they would check the cyclic servos if I sent them in but to be honest that woudnt prove alot so I've not bothered

I've got to say I'm a little disappointed in Fastlads as I specifically said that I wanted a servo with a serial number and they sent me one without and then would not pay the postage for the return, not good PR in my opinion for the sake of a couple of quid!!

I'm going to try it again today so I'll report back (fingers crossed)

              Cheers
              Dave

It's common practise for a company to deny any previous problems with a product, whether there has been a problem, or not. When there was a problem with the DX8 and certain receivers, Horizon would often be quoted as saying they'd never heard of such a problem when spoken to on the phone, only to issue a recall later on.

I'd be very surprised if Fast Lads hadn't had to replace any servos, given the amount of them they must have sold as about the biggest heli shop in Europe. Whether they associate that with a bad batch of servos, or just one-offs, I don't know. OMG, who make the BL815s and BL855s have also had to deal with this problem, but nobody sells OMG over here as far as I know.
