Align BL600mx motor won't initialize

So I can't seem to get the motor to initialise once I've plugged in. It's an Align BL600mx and I get the 12 cell beeps, but not the short little beeps after that to say it's armed. Thought it may be end points as I've changed the FBL unit from another heli, set it up, but motor side is being a pig. In radio set travel to 50/50, put TH in high position, plugged esc in, got the 3 shorts beeps to say it's in end point mode, moved up the scale till I get the beeps to say it's hit high point, but as soon as I lower the stick it gives me the initialised beeps, but I haven't moved the numbers. It's prolly me being thick, but any help would be great

You may need to move the travel on the low end of the range to below 50%... Try 30% on the low end and repeat the process.

When you lower stick it will give you an acknowledgement tone as you have moved off full throttle , you need to move travel adjust on low stick untill you get the tone again then it should be armed , also light in esc will go green to say it's armed , 0-100 linear throttle curve .

Can only get high to set, nothing on low. Moved down to 30 and 10 to start and worked up, still won't work

What is the flybarless unit as some have an annoying fail safe ?

Shouldn't be a problem on that unit , aslong as you let it arm then move endpoints to 50, full throttle then plug in castle , if it is allowing you to get the full stick position then the problem will be in the gov menu where you can adjust the top an bottom points , the low may need to go a couple of clicks lower , then try again.

No throttle hold (TH) .

Brain gov menu , there is an adjustment for top an bottom stick spoolup , if the bottom counter is to high the castle will not see the low stick position, this needs to be set to stock setting , if you can't do it there , wipe the unit with a fresh setup an these values will be back to stock an allow you to set endpoints no problem.

Moved it down from 1110 to 960 and got running. Will just need to check HS etc. cheers

Ye 980 is stock setting on low stick , just type heads speeds in the castle gov with the correct gearing an it'll work
