I'm building up a cheapish 600E. I am using a Turnigy 8A BEC along with a Turnigy 100A Superbrain ESC. It's running 6S
Couple of questions I have

Couple of questions I have
- Is it absolutely necessary to retain the ferrite rings that come fitted to the output lead from the BEC?
- Why would the output lead on the BEC terminate in a Y lead format with two plugs at the end? Surely I only need one?
- Why are there 2 cables coming from the Superbrain (other than the heavy battery leads)? There is a long one and a short one? I am assuming the long one goes to the receiver (AR7200BX), what do I do with the other?
Thanks
