Hi Guys,
I’ve just upgraded my stock trex 450 sports v2 to DFC head with Beastx (AR7200BX). The heli handles well but there seems to be a small amount of tail wag. My parameter settings for the BeastX are below:
B=Blue TX (Control Behavior)
C=Medium Red Solid (Pitching Up Behavior)
D=Medium Red Solid (Heading Lock Gain)
E=3 Red Solid (Stick Deadband)
F=Off (Torque Precompensation)
G=Slightly increased (Cyclic response)
H=Medium Red Solid (Pitch Boost)
Dials=All 3 dails are set to default 50%
Tail Servo Horn=Ball is in the middle hole.
Dx6i Gyro Gain 0=65 which seems to reduce the wag; any low or higher affects handling.
Any ideas on how I can workout the cause of the wag or what settings I should play around with to resolve the problem?
Is it Dail 3 I should increased or has anyone moved the ball of the tail servo horn to the last hole to resolve on a stock trex 450?
