If it wasnt rubbing before , you have possibly assembled wrong, or from memory is there a little spacer that goes on top of maingear. If sport or v2, if pro might want a different thickness washer under main shaft on top of bearing blockSantander Factory Team

Hi, Brian, its a sport, there is a spacer between main gear and bottom bearing but as every thing is align surly every thing will be fine, im going to strip it down and have a close look with the spacer being top of the list of culprits..

In that case if spacer was not there, would be higher and closer to frameOriginally posted by wiseman View PostHi, Brian, its a sport, there is a spacer between main gear and bottom bearing but as every thing is align surly every thing will be fine, im going to strip it down and have a close look with the spacer being top of the list of culprits..Santander Factory Team

Is it assembled as manual? Is it a 450 align or clone, parts used align or clone.Originally posted by wiseman View Postits stripped out now i cant find any thing that would cause the main gear to rub, wondering if an additional brass shim placed on top of the brass spacer would cure, any thoughts on that idea, then again i have to locat one

Is the one-way bearing sitting flush with the top of the gear hub? If the bearing is low in the housing it results in a high hub and gear on the main shaft; then the gear rubs on the frame.Ian Revill
