You don't need a pitch gauge for micros - in fact most micros are simply too small for them. The usual way most people judge collective pitch range on a micro helicopter is by folding the blades back on each other (like they are when in the blade holder). Adding positive or negative pitch then causes them to produce a V shape, and you can use the angle of the V to determine pitch settings.
