Ive had this model 6 month months or so now and my 4th one-way bearing ! Ok Align... what can expect you may say, but i'm a precision engineer by trade and cant work out whether its bad tolerances or design as they don't seem to be a press fit, more stuck in and size wise the bearing holders (i have 3) are all over the place . I think they should be a good old fashioned interference fit .05 mm as perhaps the glue fit allow the cams to expand the outer bearing case. Any one know the reasoning behind this or it Just " Align" ?

I haven't had any problem with mine except when I crashed it. The bearing had to be replaced. I can't understand how they work though.Tron 7.0 advance Vbar evo V Control

Had problems with my 600N with the new type bearing case and OWB.
Replaced once but now ordered an upgraded Boca bearing to fit and try.

I had the same on my 600n with the new style bearing case. Rather than buying a new one I packed Teflon grease into the bearing and no problems since.Goblin 380 with Spirit FBLComment

Fitted it and put half a gallon through the YS60 and Rex600 at the weekend.No problems with it locking up but sometimes it sounds a little bit noisy.

Yeah,worth a go I think.
A tight fit to get the OWB into the case though and had to use a bench vice and socket to press it in.Minicopter Diabolo - V Bar v5.3, Kontronik Kosmik 200 and Pyro 750-56 .
