How can you tell if your dampers are worn? Others have moaned about them on other forums but how long do they usually last?

If you start having trouble with the blades going in and out of track during flight, it is likely to be worn dapeners.
Align sugest The dampeners should be replaced after 50 to 80 flights. It is important to lubricate The O-rings with grease when installing to prevent friction. -

Its a 450 SE V2. I have some spare align dampers waiting, and some trubloods on the way in a week or two.
