One of those pics looks very familiar - it's one of busterboy's from Stainburn in the snow. I hope they've got permission to use it.

Copy Write Law is a pain. But in general, as soon as you take a photo it is automatically copy write protected. Unless you have taken a picture of a copy written picture. Man it gets confusing. To be honest though, if I put anything in the public domain that I don't want people to use, I will either Watermark it or put a copy write statement in the EXIF data.

However, I have had some people use my Aircraft pictures without my permission and actually clone out the watermark good enough so they could use it.

Align can't distribute that image without proper permissions. Whether he uploaded it somewhere or not that doesn't change. Sadly as this is a chinese company we're talking about then that wont bother them one bit. Copyright? What copyright?

Alan Szabo contacted me over a year ago on behalf of Align asking permission to use it on their official site as a download.

                I agreed.

Feel free to "Right Click" Save as right here.

                  Pete.

I would change your sig if you want to make fleeting statements like that mate not supporting copyright.

Readyheli used a photo I took and even went into the trouble of photoshopping out decals on my tailboom without asking me.
