Im having trouble with my Pitch on my trex 450 it keeps hiiting the head block at half throttle,

How do i stop hitting this is it altering the push rods from the cranks or putting on inner most holes on the servo arms, its ccpm style trex but not the 450 se edition,

the radio im using is a FF8 old version using p-mix's to obtain the ccpm mix.

At middle stick all linkages should be 90° and the pitch on the blades 0°

It looks just like the old Trex 450, just a different head button.

I got fed up of typing explanations so one day I took a loads of pics and just answer the questions with a pic

How much pitch you got on the blades at top stick?
I think you will at around +12° before it would hit, my one just about touches at top stick.

You said it was hitting at half stick?

You really need a profile pic of the head but as per my pic starting from the swash, servo arm 90° to servo, linkage 90° to servo arm, washout arms level to each other, mixing arms level to each other and blades at 0° if you have all that the mechanical side of things is fine and you then need to look at the pitch curves on your radio and make sure they are linear i.e.

            point 1=0%
            point 2=25%
            point 3=50%
            point 4=75%
            point 5=100%

It may be also that you are to much collective of the mechanics, this would be set in the Swash ARF (pitch) on the radio.

There is also something about the flybar arms that don't look right I think your link from the the washout arm to the flybar may be to short but it is hard to tell, it would be easy to see if you set everything at 90°. You really need to take a profile picture with every thing straight at mid sick, take one of one side at mid stick and another with the head rotated 90°.
