spartan ds760 tail speed

how do i speed up the tail (piro rate) on my spartan in my 500?? its so slow its killing me, do i need a lead or is it in the tx?? oh yea its a futaba 9257 servo,

Change your rudder endpoints to more than 100

Also if you use Expo on the tail it can feel really dead around the centre, remove it as the Spartan has some Expo built in

ta phil ,, no i dont use expo and the d/r was set to 100% i have now gone to 125% (max) i will giv it a try later,

End points not Dual Rate

In the ATV's of all the channels set the rudder one higher than 100 in both directions. I'm talking JR radio here don't know how Footaba do it

JR go 150% in both directions

When I put the Spartan on my Knight 3D it was awful because of the Expo I had on the radio. Tail was deader than a dead thing

I know that wasn't your problem but it threw me for a while until Paul pointed it out

If you put your ATV's to max the tail will be mental
