I asked fast lads a week or so ago and they said a couple of weeks. I ended up buying a new servo and doing the servo saver mod on the arms. Have to say this mod is very well worth doing. Had many crashes since doing it and just rotated arms back into place and fly again.

I've done the servo saver arm mod too which works well, but I've turned the gears a couple of times from crashes before I modded the servo arms so just wanted to replace them.

Really simple. Use a thin knife to spit the servo arm. I just used some o-rings and filed a little groove to keep them in place.

I had a feeling I'd be needing some sooner or later so just ordered 5 sets from Taiwan, arrived safely and cheaply, took a while but they here now, just in time to replace busted gear on elevator servo, gawd they are proper fiddly to replace, make sure you do it over a tray and note which one goes where!!!! Had to take mine to bits 3 times to get it right. I did the saver mod while it was in bits so hope I won't be going through too many sets!! I have always wondered why no-one uses a servo saver on helicopters. I used to race model buggies and always used a servo saver. We used to have violent crashes (e.g. into a marshal's foot) but never once had to replace any servo gears.
If any manufacturer brings out a decent servo saver, spring loaded perhaps, I would definitely have some.

Just got some new batteries for the 150, Turnigy Nano Tech 330mah 45-90 dicharge, hovered from inside to outside, landed on grass, tipped over and shifted two servo arms, reckon that saved me two sets of gears woohoo, I have only sliced back of horn, not bothered with the bands etc, it seems to work fine at the mo. Will need some new landing gear at some stage as I've busted the back pin, so it's s.glued. The batteries so far on first test have outlasted the aligns, the extra mah push time up to 4.30, I only seemed to get 3.5 mins out of the Aligns, at least if I could keep it in the air for 3 mins, having trouble with tail blowing out, seems like they need a tail motor/blade upgrade or gyro tweek, I've been up n down gyro settings and just can't get it locked.

I reckon it works ok with smaller helis but not sure if extra torque? or load from larger helis would mean you wouldn't want horns slipping. I think it comes down to cost too, it costs nothing to slice back of horn, but how much for torque release servo horn on a 5, 6, 7, 800?
