  • 600 N Servo Problem

    Evening all.

I am just installing the servos (Futaba) into my 600n sport but the supplied align screws that came with the heli kit to mount the servos will not go through the metal eyelet that you insert into the the servo mounting rubber.
Has anyone else come across this problem and if so what was the solution please.

Hope this makes sense,Thanks in advance.

A rather expensive way of getting eyelets you can use is to buy a set of Futaba BLS451s -- they come with redesigned one-piece mounting dampers and bigger eyelets that fit the 600N screws perfectly
            T-Rex 600 Nitro Pro (Futaba BLS451s, GY611 + 9256)
            T-Rex 500 ESP (Align DS510s, GY520 + 9257)
            T-Rex 450 SE V2 (Hitec HS65MGs, GY401 + Robbe FS 61 BB)
            T-Rex 150 (Stock)
            Futaba 14SG + FF7 2.4GHz, Mode 3

...and I'll happily take the discarded servos while you keep the good parts (eyelets)

              LOL

I didn't realise those bushes were the most valuable bit of the servo
