tt bearing question

I’ve had my 700 for almost 2 years now and about 5 gallons of fuel ( don’t get to fly that often). Recently I’ve noticed a resonance coming from the heli and I think it may be the torque tube bearings. How often do they need changing and are there any that are better than the standard Align ones?
