Hi i am new to the dfc head, so i brought the head upgrade and then then i made it with all the links fully tightened but i am not getting the 0 degrees on the blades, i am using this on my 550.

Hey.
As you brought the DFC upgrade you will already have the DFC mainshaft, so what you need to do is shorten the plastic links slightly.
I have one fitted to my 550 and had to take 1mm off the back of the plastic link, allowing it to thread on further and give me 0 degrees pitch at the correct point.
