Main gear to tight

when I spin the main gear on my 600n it dosen't spin as mush as it should, it spins fine when it is out of the Heli. It seams it is meshed to tightly yet there is no adjustment, I have backed off the jesus bolt, and a friend suggested the frame maybe twisted so we undone all the fixing on the side frames and still no joy, so before I start striping it down again, I was wondering if anyone has had this before and can point me i the right direction.

Ben its the one off my old nsp, when it's out of the Heli it spins fine so I am sure it's ok, I might try putting the old one back

Is the clutch bell housing spinning freely.
