Ok, I am fed up of the standard supports coming loose at the ends, does anyone know of any replacement upgrade boom supports? I can't be the only one getting around 3 flights to a set of boom supports. Bring back the old metal ended ones I say!

Have you tried putting a self tapping screw through the plastic and carbon? Otherwise I believe there is a kde metal upgrade.

ESP are yeah, this is a newer 600LE though, they all come with plastic ends now.
Paul, Yeah tried numerous methods of pinning them but all have failed

Tom have you tried pulling them apart and then epoxying back together. Works for me.Comment

Put a bolt and a nut on one end and hold in a vice. With a bolt in the other one twist with pliers whilst pulling and off one comes. Epoxy this one, leave overnight and repeat with the other one. A bit of emery and a bit of alcohol to clean them and seems to be okay.Comment
