Metal M0.8 Front Drive torque Tube Gear set

Just seen this on fast lad, I know for me the price is too much but interested to know if you did crash with these in place what other part of the heli would break instread? Are these worth it at £62!

id say its either gonna be the main tt drive gear or the rear tail gears, either one much easier to change then the normal tt gears. its an upgrade ive been thinking about too but its gonna need oiling quite regularly i think or ya gonna start to get metal dust everywhere. maybe a blast of heavy silicone oil between flights and it should be ok i think. as for the cost its obviously over priced but if it holds out then ya gonna save on repair time for definate if you deck it, lets face it every crash is gonna strip these gears unless your very lucky so maybe the metal upgrade is a good option. i waiting for others to try it and report back before i change mine out.

i`ve got two sets of these in my tandem 550 , i got mine from infinity hobby , 75 dollars a set i think

holy cow.....£63....is it April 1st already

for £62 they can stick it up where the shiny gear set don't shine!

I've broken many gear sets but still it does not even come close to £62!
