700N - Which Clutch?

Howdie,

Just got back from the field with a failed clutch.. Its the standard Align clutch, and had fractured as they tend to do after a while.

Just looking at replacements... Seems like i have 3 options:

1. Original Align Clutch
2. Quick UK
3. Lynx Innovations.

Any comments or recommendations as to which to go for would be appreciated.

While on the subject of replacement parts... There also seems to be an abundance of Main Gears for the 700N too.... Comments and recommendations for these would also be appreciated!!

I had an align clutch for ages on an OS 91 and it broke after about a year (it did have some abuse) so i replaced it with a quick uk one, the only prob with the quick uk one is that it bites very quickly. i then installed a piece of s**t YS120SR that has got loads of power top end but totally untuneable. The problem with the align clutch on the crap YS is that it slips so the align clutch is softer and a bit weak but the quick uk is a bit agressive
