darn the dreaded grip bolt failure!

..a lovely day, my own field and under 1 min into the first flight..

I thought it was me when the continuous front flip series started corkscrewing a bit then a 'clunk' as the grip tore free. I over-reacted and hit throttle hold without lofting heli higher first so i was a bit low for an auto when the spinning slowed and it cost me the skid bows as well as the grip related damage of tail blades and one grip etc

Annoyed as i had done the extra bearing mod and better bolt and all my spares are packed and 250 miles away and no-way am i paying out for expensive tail blades when i have some perfectly usable HK carbon cheapos in the spares boxes. ($2.50 instead of £25 odd)

I cracked two ball links on my 600 on a dodgy auto last week and that's the only other heli i brought up...spares for that will be pennies and here tue/wednesday i suppose...

..crashing got too expensive so I had to learn to cope with issues <vbg>..last time it happened I landed OK

add one more to it, i just did the same thing on my 500 thought this was just on 600 and 700s? i came down right way up but lost two servos, Ds510 so they are feather like. but rest looks all good even manage to find the flung off tail grip but if only i could get the sheered bit of the hub now. got all bits in the spare box apart from a tail hub

Huh is this on the 500 tail blades ? I have notices alot of slop on my blade grips recent on the tail, is this normal ? I have taken appart an cant see why can move side to side slightly
