I built my trex up over night on saturday and on page 6 it says there is 2 settings 1, mounting hole for SF mixing arm for nimble 3D and 2 mounting hole for SF mixing arm for stable 3D flight

Now is anyone using or tried the Nimble 3D flight setting??? if so whats it like ??

I noticed alot of people have put lighter paddles on there`s to get faster cyclic, but i was thinking of keeping the stock paddles and changing the settings to the nimble setting

think most use the nimble setting that coupled with the longer flybar ,the standard paddles and 9 degrees of cyclic make the heli balistic on rolls

I run the standard stable setting on my n with +/- 12 collective and +/- 9 cyclics. The nimble settings are really a stick banger type setting where you aren't planning on letting the heli breathe, it makes it a little harder to fly stable and smooth 3d. I haven't tried the longer flybar as of yet however...

If I were you I'd find which suits you best by actually trying it yourself. Otherwise you'll never know for sure which you prefer.

I am still running the standard paddles too.

Well i find the settings im running now with the standard paddles works great, but i just wanted to explore what this setting would be like,
I might as well give it a try as its not to hard to change back if i dont like it

hehe, there's benefits and drawbacks to both, I get all the fun from both machines plus I now get to come back from the field all oily and greasy too!
