  • Jus done my first piro loops!

Was out yesterday with my 600le, was flying nicely so felt comfortable to try a piro loop, (which i had been trying on my 450 but had no luck), so started with medium speed with an medium speed piro, started to pull up into the first quarter of the loop feeding in the elevator and alirearon smoothly as needed, then carried up to the top and then decended round to the bottom and to my suprisement the loop came out pretty round! Sounded well nice!

So feeling comfident with myself i did another bout the same speed and size and it turned out even better than the first! Was well happy

Now with this experience under my belt i will try and do a piro loop in the oppostie direction with opposite piro so i dont get handed!!

              Nice one Chris.

Piro loops are tricky, especially when you start changing the orientation and turning them into a globe. The key is not to over control the cyclic and collective which seems to be the norm when learning them.

              Great achievement :-)
              Cheers Matt

I wasnt stiring through the loop but was feeding in constant elevator and aliearon inputs, while using the collective to keep it a nice round loop!
