I would say get an N5, but I'm biased. So sod the align and get an N5, no contest really!

Definitely no contest when i've seen two of my mates lose there N5's because the tail control rod snapped off at the back end of the carbon rod.................BAD DESIGN IDEA. Have to say that the rest of it is impeccable though!

Not wanting to question your friends building abilities, I can't see how or why it would just snap off? Mine is as sturdy as a sturdy thing, and so are the others that I've seen, and after watching numerous YooToob videosof people putting them through far more abuse than I ever can, not once have I seen or heard of a tail rod snap at the back (until now!). I don't agree at all that it is a bad design idea.

Well I can only hope it does not happen to you...........I was due to buy an N5 myself and as you say i've seen them put through their paces without issue but after seeing 2 seperate helis built by two seperate people (who are more than capable of building helis) I was put right off. IMO you can't beat the tried and tested ball link srewed onto a solid metal guide rod. I never saw the point in a hollow carbon rod with glued in metal rod pieces. Again just my opinion.

To the OP congrats on the 700......it's what i would have recommended :-)

I just wanna fly it now, but I'm working all wknd!!!! Who knows where's the best place is to get fuel for my ys91srs think 30% was used, would it make a difference if I use 20% cause I won't fly it that hard....
