Dunno, old part No was HN6002,,Maybe Bob could shed some light

I heard that they had changed the actual Brg and hardened the sleeve

FYI...the hardened sleeve doesn't help. Already tried it. Sure is nice that we get to pay $22 for a defective part that should have worked correctly in the first place.

Maybe the new Brg with the sleeve will cure it,i am actually not too worried about the main one way seizing as both my old Knight Sports were constantly seizing and nobody attempted to cure the problem,,at least Align are on to it

My main gripe was the Fan issue but thats sorted

            Hi Chris

Been down with the Phoenix sim guys all day today and Align didn't bother to give us any advance warning on this one so only found out from this post tonight.

I know JK had a handful of new one way sleeves which were just slightly larger at the 3DM, at the time he thought this was probably the fix but needed more air time and more guys testing them, the feed back I have is they work so maybe Align have put them in production now.
The problem is the design has always inherently worked and my first nitro's auto unit is still going strong after a fair bit of flying as are many others but there is clearly a problem with some but exactly what the problem is has never been 100% clear.

I should know more soon but I can't comment more at this time as I don't know any more than this.

            Cheers
            Bob

              Cheers Bob

My original Pro one is perfect,it was the later belt one that was locking

Seems like they are sorting it though so thats cool

              Cheers

I've got the new sleeve on my rex 600e, been going through them at a huge rate and hoping this'll cure it. It feels uber smooth on the ground, no play in the bearing anymore, will be interesting to see how it is once it's worn in.
