  • Bad business

Has anyone out there had a quality "after sales experience"like mine? Purchased a LaMa3 heli from that well known Hobby King somewhere in Hong Kong but it refused to function.Well, thats O K send it back & watch time fly!Three months plus later still no sign of repair/replacement of items. I wonder if it really is a big business or just a few mates selling stuff cheap in a shed out the back? Has any one else had a similar experience?

From my experience(30 orders) zero problems with them neither has anybody i know, some have had bad products but had good warranty support from them.

Judging by the hundreds and hundreds of products they shift from their warehouses in several countries i doubt its some garden shed enterprise.

I have seen retailers getting flamed on here that probably could only dream of having the sales figures HobbyKing get.

I had a long complain at them about their lack of security, ie using a http for passwords. They eventually told me they had a https site. They do listen and respond.

I Think there service sucks tbh, but there good and cheep and thats the price you pay unfortunately. There sales must be far too big for the number of staff tbh.
