So are you wanting electric/Nitro.. new/used? Do an introduction on new members mate and post more detailed description off what you want/advice as you'll probably get more replies that way

i know of a very very nice trex600 for sale but it has no tx so you'd have to get one seperately. pm me if you want details and I'll put you in touch with the seller.

Looking at builds and set-up videos on Youtube has put me off a little buying new and building my own.

Built RC car's in the past though.

Thought a used electric would be the way to go..

I'm in Warrington, Cheshire..prepared to travel though.

              Thanks

Dont be detered by building yourself. If you have built cars in the past, then you should not have a problem with a heli. It really is quite a simple process.

If you go for a Trex 600, then nearly every conceivable build problem has been asked and the answers are always only a few clicks away!

Also, in my experience, building yourself gives you a far better insight into how it works and how to fix it when it breaks!!

                Good luck with your search.

Don't worry about the build.. The kit itself is so straight forward and easy, you can shake the box and it'll be built!

And as already mentioned, not many problems but were only a few clicks away for any type of help

I've just built my first Trex 600 although I had built Helis' before, I was given a reference to Finless Bob video's on Helifreak and whilst a little american in style, they were very helpful and full of valuable hints.

And your going to smack this thing at some point, if you know how it went together it will really help you repair it. Really it is only as complex as a car and no more, bit different and the help on this forum is ace, brillaint and first class.

And also whilst most people are genuine any used heli has the unknown factor even to its owner, at least with new, you know its good!

                      Hope that helps!

TRex 600 is a pretty straight-forward build - lots of vis [courtesy of Bob White of Helifreak] and a wealth of experience on here with them. Building bit yourself will give you a great insight into the heli and how it ticks, plus the knowledge that you will be able to fix it when you plop it in.
