    Fly It

We are used to flying with seized one ways yes my new improved Sport one way has seized again!!

I have heard over on RR of this problem,,i assume its the same one way as the 600E and they seem OK

Maybe the change from Nitro to Electric is more complex than Align thought

Just checked mine over ready for an outing today and this time all screws are tight and everything is cool,,12 flights under its belt now

Will keep a close eye on everything though

It looks like it's the sleeve that goes and then the bearing locks.

One of the members at our club had his go on the second flight, apparently align has a new supplyer of them, he changed his to one of the 600e ones and it works fine now.

Trev had his go on the 600E, but it was after 200 odd flights. Same problem though, the sleeve seems to delaminate.

I know it's a pain in the backside and you shouldn't have to but why not just buy a dozen of em from a bearing specialist, thay ain't that expensive compared to buyin just one at a time.

coz it's the sleeve not the bearing that causes the problem. Although a higher quality bearing might stop it happening as quickly.

Surely this should have been picked up during flight testing at the Align factory?
                      Cheers,

I ordered a new bearing and sleeve from Real Raptors today. Less than a tenner.

Phoned Robbie today, they said to send it back and they will have a look. That will take a good few days. Will still do it, but I can't be grounded for that long

                              Whoops. Sorry

So the rumour has it, the electric ones are German made bearing and the Nitro one's are Japensee. These keep failing. Robbe said they haven't heard of this problem yet.
                              Cheers Matt
