Sorry, I have been building all day and I got called out to work for most the evening, but she is now built, just need to finalize gyro, governor and cyclock. Apart form some little bits and bobs she is done. I have list of nags but I will post that tomorrow.

Well it is virtually finished, I just need to pitch the blades and epoxy the exhaust and nipple. I have now mastered and set up the Cyclock, Revlock 20 and GY611.

Nagging parts of the build...............all minors
Pre assembled parts like the starter shaft and clutch bell,,,,,why pre assemble them as I only have to tear it down to rebuild it?.
I had a bad cut on the frame for one of the skids block but with persuasion I got it in.
The instructions should tell you to put the fuel tank on whilst putting the frames together as if you put it in after the frames are together it is a pain.
I also had self tappers for the fan duct where M3 was required.
I went to tear down the pre assembled tail case but (as with other pre assembled parts) I found it was either too much or to little loctite used, 2 of the screws in the tail case would not undo so I will deal with that problem when needed.
The brass sleeve for the alu tail slider that I got was too tight to go on but the kit supplied sleeve did go on though it is still on the tight side, a few flight's should wear it in.
The instructions for the bell crank (form servo to swash) is mis-leading as it shows the ball joints on the outside in one pic and inside on another, I originally had them on the outside but found they where rubbing the canopy on the servos so I have now moved them to the inside.

well I put super glue and all stress bearing screws in plastic and thread lock all the metal to metal screws

I have only dealt with Raptors in the past and we never used the supplied washer on the crank as it cause the fan to come undone, on the T6N it says to use the washer as the fan unit is clamped as well as bolted onto the crank.........I like.
I hate making boom supports so 5 stars to the pre made ones.

I am looking forward to running the engine in but it won't be any time soon as the weather just ain't right at the mo.

So here are some detailed pics...............note the alu head that I had form before, it means I have a lot on new head parts if anybody is interested.

you may have issues using a 9254 on the throttle with a revlock... purely because its so fast, i never could get mine right using one then went to a 3152 or 811 and its perfect

Thats why I have a Revlock 20, you can adjust all that stuff with the computer which you cannot with a Revlock 10.

Forgot to mention I had to add -3° of phase correction to get it to track stright on the cyclock.
