ive been chasing a vibration on the LE for a few weekends, decided after changing lots of things on the heli i would pull the engine out again, on inspecting the clutch it seemed to be slightly twisted, no cracks showing but thinking this could be it! changed it all for new cluch, bell, complete shaft assy etc, will give it a try next weekend!

Do you mean the clutch or the bell ?
If you change the clutch get a quick uk one or similer the align replacements engage very late.
