After months, and i mean months of my 700 drifting like on an acid comedown, and loads of help and advice from some well wise people
to no result 
various gyro's tail servos, motors,tail's,boom's,ect,ect, by this point the cheese had just about slip'd off my cracker!, the only suspect not look'd at was the kasama header i had put on my sr91 3c and hatori pipe,so back on went the stock hatori header, HUZAR!
now the dift seems to have gone, and the motor will now tune, must have been some sort of back pressure pulse thang going on? so very hopefully i have now sus'd it, 8gal 30% later Doh!! but worth it i love this hobby
