What's the situation with customs fee's from HK? Are you likely to get charged?

Definitely considering it as I pretty much wrote off the 700 last week

Its a gamble.
Could get stung for customs, might not. They generally mark down the cost at century so if you do get stung it wont be for so much.
Will let you know how it turns out.

Did you go for the kit with fbl head for £321?

Their also doing the 700 kit + electronics + fbl head for £493 which seems like a good deal. No 3G unit means you can choose your own fbl controller

i orderd my 600nsp from Hk ( not from century rc )
i ask it to be marked a a gift they even did it up in birthday paper no duty paid !!

I ordered a 700LE, engine, pipe, starter etc. from HK. Quite an expensive order. I got charged by customs but it was only something like 25-30 quid. I think they just pick the charges out of a hat because my girlfriend got charged more for a twenty quid pair of shoes than I did for nearly a grand's worth of heli gear. lol. And the best bit was that the shoes didn't fit her anyway.
