I've almost finished my rjx/beastx fitting.
I'm impressed with the rjx head..considering how cheaply I got it. Rock solid, slop free, stunning finish.

I've just got to play around with servo horn sizes and position the swash/swash driver and finalise the beastx setup...then go try it (assuming the rain ever stops)..

If Beastx works anything like it does on my 500 then this combo with a YS56 is going to have more Oomph that my skills will need..

        Ok. So.

I took a set of digital calipers to everything, including some new bits and found that it's just the tolerances that align work to. I'm just amazed that I didn't notice before.

I've put some bearing fit between the headblock and mainshaft and tightened up the Jesus bolt as tight as I dare. That seems to have removed that issue for he moment. Between the bearings and the mainshaft I did try bearing fit but it didn't work for long. .

        Thanks everyone for the advice.
